If you're an existing Tia member, you can reach out to our Care Coordinators who can provide a detailed estimate on the service or appointment you're interested in. Important billing reminders:

If you have in-network insurance with Tia, we will submit your claim to your health insurance company first. We recommend contacting your health plan to check if a service is covered and any patient responsibility like copays, deductibles or coinsurance. If there is a remaining balance after your insurance company has paid their portion, we will bill you for your patient responsibility.

Tia does not process labs or specimens directly, regardless of your in-network status. A third party (Quest, for example) will bill you directly for these services. Learn more about Lab Billing at Tia.
