WHAT TO EXPECT

Embark on your whole health journey with Tia.

Start your Whole Health Journey with a three-step process designed to take a thorough look at your health and provide a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs.

New Patient Establishment of Care (EoC) Appointment

This is a virtual appointment for new patients, where our providers will get to know you by reviewing your medical history, addressing any current health concerns (such as prescription refills or UTI symptoms), and creating a personalized care plan.

Annual Preventive Exam

Next, an in-person Annual Preventative Exam in our warm and vibrant clinics, designed for intuitive women-centric care. You’ll complete health screenings that may include blood work, a pelvic exam, pap test, and/or breast exam. Your provider may also order supplemental labs (such as genetic testing or allergy testing) or set up preventive screenings, like a mammogram or colposcopy.

Labs Review & Follow Up

In a virtual visit, we’ll review your lab results from your in-clinic exam together and update your care plan to ensure it meets your evolving needs. This three step process is just the beginning of your longer term care journey. You will walk away with a care plan completely designed to support your health needs and goals in the long run.
